DAY 1 — March 15 (Sun)
Port Tampa Bay
Welcome Aboard!
DEPARTS 4:00pm
Join fellow freethinkers at our Embarkation Meeting (time TBD) to pick up your t-shirt (if ordered), freethought events schedule, key card lanyard, and other swag.
This is where you meet all the other freethought cruisers for the first time!
Plan to arrive a day early so you don’t miss the boat and explore Tampa! Nicknamed "The Big Guava," Tampa is so much more than home to Busch Gardens and sportball teams. The Ybor City district is alive with history, shopping, and fine dining. The Tampa Museum of Art, Chihuly Museum, American Craft Museum and the Museum of Science and Industry are also must-sees. And don’t forget the Dali Museum in St. Petersburg!
DAY 2 — March 16 (mon)
At Sea - Cruising to Mexico

Andrew or Liz will have a presentation. After the talk, head to the pool, chat with fellow freethinkers over cocktails, join in on some karaoke, or take advantage of dozens of other onboard activities.

DAY 3 — March 17 (Tue)
Cozumel, Mexico
ARRIVES 8:00am – DEPARTS 6:00pm
A tropical paradise just off Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, the island of Cozumel was once a bustling Mayan community. The island of Cozumel continues to be known for fishing, snorkeling, and diving. Despite the growth of tourism in recent years, the island and its only town, San Miguel, retain much of their original warmth and charm.
The Mayan city of Tulum is a favorite of Cozumel cruisers. A 45-minute ferry ride to Playa del Carmen and 45-minute bus ride to the ruins are worth the effort.
The only Mayan city built on the coast, Tulum offers spectacular ocean views and amazing ruins. A 2,500 foot long limestone wall surrounds three parts of the ancient city. This is a must for first-timers.
DAY 4 — March 18 (Wed)
Roatán (Bay Islands), Honduras
ARRIVES 8:30am – DEPARTS 5:00pm
Beautiful and unspoiled, Roatán is a peaceful eco-tourist's dream just 30 miles off the coast of Honduras. Teeming with marine life and home to some of the best Pillar coral (Dendrogyra cylindrus) in the Caribbean, the pristine Honduran Reef is a diver's paradise, and the beauty of Tabyana Beach is a sight to see.
Scuba or snorkel the second biggest barrier reef in the world, cuddle with sloths at the Sloth Sanctuary, swim with sharks at Cara Cara, or hang with monkeys at the Carambola Botanical Gardens. And if it’s time to kick back, you’ll find all the quintessential luxury resorts as well as beautiful beaches to spend the day relaxing at Roatán.
DAY 5 — March 19 (Thu)
Harvest Caye, Belize (NCL Private Island)
ARRIVES 8:00am – DEPARTS 5:00pm
Harvest Caye is Norwegian’s private island located in southern Belize. It features wildlife exhibitions including a Menelaus blue morpho (Morpho menelaus) butterfly house.
There are numerous amenities, including a 15,000 square foot pool, private beach villas, and various outdoor and water activities. There are trips from the island to the mainland including rain forest river tubing, tours of Mayan ruins, and more.
DAY 6 — March 20 (Fri)
Costa Maya, Mexico
ARRIVES 8:00am – DEPARTS 5:00pm
This coastal paradise in the Yucatan features stunning beaches with soft sand and blue skies. Travel to see ancient Mayan ruins in this region rich with archaeological sites. Costa Maya is the closest port of access to many of the lesser-known Mayan ruins in the Yucatan including Chacchoben and Kohunlich.
Or you can explore the Bacalar Lagoon, and snorkel among the reefs and mangroves of the Banco Chinchorro Biosphere Reserve.
DAY 7 — March 21 (Sat)
